Frequently asked questions:
How many messages can I send per month?
We offer different tiers of pricing based on your usage! In the US and Canada, the Free plan includes 150 messages a month per location and paid plans start at 1,000 messages a month; other countries get a tenth of those quantities. You can upgrade and downgrade anytime directly within your account.
How can I use TablesReady across multiple locations?
Add as many locations as you need to one TablesReady account and switch between them from the same login. Each location keeps its own guest lists, notifications and settings, so you won't have any confusion over which location a party belongs to.
Each location has its own subscription, and up to 2 locations per account can be on the Free plan. Running a larger group? Talk to us about Enterprise for custom terms and invoice billing.
Do you offer any tablets, hardware, etc.?
We don't offer tablets or hardware because you don't need another device. TablesReady can be used on just about any mobile device or computer.
Can I change my Public Pages' URLs?
Your URLs will contain host.tablesready.com — there's no way to remove that. You can easily embed your Public Pages into your website for a seamless, white-labeled experience.
I'm a seasonal business. Can I use your service?
Absolutely! You can cancel or pause your account in the Settings > Billing section anytime. All of your account settings and information will remain intact; when you're ready to sign back up, head to tablesready.com, login, and re-subscribe!
