Automatically change a guest's quoted time by a set number of minutes when they let you know they're running late.
To enable this Automation, go to Settings > Automations, check the Enabled box next to Running Late, and configure your settings.
Go to the Settings > Public Pages section to customize your Out Of Business Hours message.

Head to the Settings > Reservation Options section of your account and edit your Appointment Limiter setting to set the maximum number of days in advance that appointments can be scheduled:
For example, set your Appointment Limiter to 0 and that will allow same-day reservations only; if you set it to 7, people will be able to schedule up to one week in the future.
